Argentina is so much fun to watch. 20 shots on goal! Messi is so exciting - how did he not score 4 goals? Could have been 5-0. The real battle in this group will be between Korea and Nigeria for second. Greece looked slow and disorganized - I think they're done.

Huh. Didn't think Argentina was all that. After all, if 20 shots on goal don't result in an actual goal, how good are you? Not sure I really understood Maradona's strategy in his subbing. Does he have a strategy, I wonder?

Yeah, I agree with Carla. Argentina wasn't that impressive (unfortunately). I still expect them to go deep into the tournament. Better to reach their peak later unlike last time.

ReplyDeleteI think Greece was rattled. They fell apart when in front of the goal. Korea looked so much more precise and controlled.
